Bomb derails train heading to Moscow

As many as 15 people have been injured after a bomb derailed a passenger train about 150 kilometres south of Moscow.

The blast took place Sunday on the railway bed in front of the engine. Officers at the scene found electric wires leading to a metre-wide crater, according to the country's FSB security service.

The train was travelling to Moscow from Grozny.
