Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party rigorously censored the news and media immediately after Hitler gained power in Germany in 1933 and throughout World War II. This extensive censorship made it impossible for any newspaper to stop or even obstruct Hitler in his political journey.
The Munich Post knew he would not just disappear. It warned that Hitler?s actions and ideas were dangerous and took them seriously, even when no one else did.
