July 7 Tube bomber argued with cashier shortly before blast

October 31, 2005 by element115
One of the suicide bombers who attacked London on 7 July was filmed arguing with a cashier about being short-changed hours before he blew himself up.

The official told the seminar held in Preston, Lancashire two weeks ago: "This is not the behaviour of a terrorist - you'd think this is normal."

"I've seen the CCTV footage of these people. They do not appear to be on their way to commit any crime at all. The Russell Square bomber [Hasib Hussain] is actually seen going into shops and bumping into people [prior to his attack].

Israel's nuclear arsenal causes global crisis

by element115
"When one talks about the annihilation of Israel, it does not mean the genocide of the Jewish people, but rather a non-violent confrontation with Zionist schools of thought, which are endangering the Middle East and the entire world."

"Although the Iranian nation has shouted slogans against the Zionist regime since 1979, these slogans have never meant a physical confrontation with Israel but rather referred to the need to wipe out all Zionist ways of thought, which never recognize anyone else's right to live freely."

"Indeed, it is odd that the world has remained silent about Israel's refusal to sign the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) but opposes Iran's civilian nuclear activities."

In actuality, his real name is Robert Lipschitz, born on June 23, 1935. He has two American social security numbers: 451-76-4488 and 114-07-8811. The Sound Of Silence

by element115
For the rest of the world, this is America's real shock and awe, its silence. The days are gone when all nations would look to see what American's were
saying. No longer do they look to America, simply because there is nothing to hear or see here. America sits silent while lady Justice is raped. Just when did America lose it's voice?

Rome, Germany, Russia, France, and China are prime examples of a people that were silent. As the past will prove, it is not an imaginary organization that benefits from a nations silence. Indeed, it is the leaders of that nation?s government which benefits from the silence.

Royal Air Force officer to be tried before a military court for refusing to return to Iraq

A Royal Air Force officer is about to be tried before a military court for refusing to return to Iraq because the war is illegal. Malcolm Kendall-Smith is the first British officer to face criminal charges for challenging the legality of the invasion and occupation. He is not a conscientious objector; he has completed two tours in Iraq. When he came home the last time, he studied the reasons given for attacking Iraq and concluded he was breaking the law. His position is supported by international lawyers all over the world, not least by Kofi Annan, the UN secretary general, who said in September last year: "The US-led invasion of Iraq was an illegal act that contravened the UN Charter."

MP for Jewish community Morris Motamed said that all the true Jews and followers of the divine religion as well as those believing in Moses (AS) hate usurper Israel due to the barbaric behavior of the 'Zionist' regime.

The unequal war and clashes between Israelis, equipped with the most advanced weapons, and Palestinians, with stones in their hands, should be taken as the root cause of the public resentment, Motamed told IRNA on the sidelines of the World Quds Day rallies.

He reiterated, "The late Imam's slogan that Israel should be wiped off the world map" reflects the brave resistance of Imam as the founder of the Islamic Republic and said that all nations should do their utmost to materialize Imam's statement."

U.S. passports with chip implants in 2006

October 26, 2005 by element115
All U.S. passports will be implanted with computer chips starting next October, the State Department said Tuesday.

Sweeping new regulations say that passports issued after that time will have radio frequency ID chips that can transmit personal information including the name, nationality, sex, date of birth, place of birth and digitized photograph of the passport holder. Eventually, the government may add digitized data such as fingerprints or iris scans.

But the White House didn't cook up these plans: They come directly from the United Nations, and the U.K. and Germany are among the other countries that have already approved identical "global standards," while Sweden has already switched to the electronic passports.

Torture Is Continuing; Order Came From Very Top

by element115
Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski:
"We can trace back now, through documents that were released through court order, back to the original document, the one that Alberto Gonzales reviewed and discussed with the President of the United States, a departure from the Geneva Convention. These are not prisoners, these are terrorists and these techniques will be more effective."
"And then Secretary Rumsfeld putting his signature on a document authorizing more aggressive and harsher techniques during interrogation. That document goes over to Guantanamo Bay and over to Afghanistan, and it's used first in smaller groups and then it's used at Guantanamo Bay as a standard practice."
"The orders came right from the top, filtered down from the secretary of defense, with the endorsement of the President, the Vice President, whatever advisors are surrounding them, filtered down through the Commanders in the field, these practices were not only endorsed, but were in use at Guantanamo bay and in locations in Afghanistan. And when General Miller visited Iraq he brought those techniques with him. And then he sent contract interrogators who had 'performed well' at Guantanamo Bay to Iraq as well."

Props and Puppets

by element115
Military.com ---> It remains to be seen just how far George Bush is willing to go in exploiting the members of our uniformed services to compensate for his own lack of substance. Pretending to be a pilot at the controls of an airplane he is not qualified to fly, then strutting about on aircraft carrier deck wearing the uniform of a service he did not serve in; gathering together the willing and unwilling to provide a tapestry for his speeches. However, I must say that his recently staged ?spontaneous and unrehearsed? live from Tikrit, with carefully screened soldiers already sworn to obey him under pain of courts-martial, may set a new benchmark. (By the way, hold the presses on the body armor, we need to get better Teleprompters for our troops, they had a tough time reading those cue cards and actually seemed coached.)

Censored Again

by element115
The outright criminal censorship by the media continues to rock the foundations of our free speech rights as another mainstream radio personality, claiming to be independent, bites the dust, deciding this week to "shut up" a listener after she tried discussing the explosions in the WTC basement on 9/11 as the real cause of the collapse.

Another reason, he said, is that "those who know probably think it would be so disturbing that it's better to let people believe the official version."

The European Union today is a bit like a Tom and Jerry cartoon. Tom has run over the cliff edge chasing Jerry and his legs are still pumping furiously in thin air; he's yet to plummet to earth to meet some grizzly end. The EU has gone over the cliff edge, its legs are still pumping, but there's no realisation among its leaders or the wider public that a vertiginous plummet is imminent.

Americans must start protesting the Bush regime's international terrorism

by element115
Behind the curtains and the façade the filthy rich and the American government carefully constructed things in such a way so that the poor would remain ignorant and little more than pack mules, with no aspirations and no understanding of the world around them; they would live to work 12 hours a day only to go home, eat, and sleep all in decrepit conditions at best. This, according to the Conservative US agenda suited them well enough, since the poor would have no aspirations and by having no aspirations, no fear would exist in the continent of a come-back of Socialism or even more progressive political beliefs. Instituting conformity in the minds of the masses was the key to suppressing them and maintaining the endless cycle of master-slave relationship created between foreign corporations and the local poor.

Prosecuting Bush in Canada for Torture

by element115
"Many Canadians don't realize that we have not only the right but the responsibility to pursue these charges, it is a responsibility that the Canadian government owes not only to the people of Canada, but to the people of the world. The 1987 Convention Against Torture [And Other Cruel, Inhuman Or Degrading Treatment Or Punishment] binds us to this action." Canada ratified the UN Convention on Torture along with 139 other nations; promising to protect the inalienable right of all the world's citizens to live a life free of torture.

What is happening is that Ms. Davidson and Lawyers Against the War have laid charges against George Bush Jr; accusing him of aiding, abetting, and counseling the commission of torture. This charge is based on the abuses of the prisoners held at the U.S. prisons in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba and Abu-Ghraib, Iraq including Canadian minor Omar Khadr, who has been held in Cuba since 2001.

I believe that the citizens of Canada and the world will support what we are trying to do, and will voice their outrage. We want people to know and participate in what we are doing."

Central witness to Mehlis report revealed as a paid swindler

by element115
The most prestigious German political news-magazine, Der Spiegel, revealed today that the central witness, Zuheir al-Siddiq on whom Detlev Mehlis had relied during his investigations into the assault on Rafiq Hariri, was a dubious person with a criminal record as a convicted felon and swindler. Even the UN Commission which had submitted the Mehlis report to the UN Security Council yesterday, is raising serious doubts about the reliability and credibility of al-Siddiq's declarations, since it was revealed that the alleged former officer of the Syrian secret services had in reality been convicted more than once for penal offences related to money subtraction.

The UN investigating Commission is well aware that it had been lied by Siddiq, who at first had affirmed to have left Beirut one month before the assault on al-Hariri, but then had to admit at the end of September his direct involvement in the implementation of the crime. It is quite evident by now that the witness had received money for his depositions

Ryder ordered them to "shut up and sit down."

"Senator, I don't want to try and circumscribe presidential war powers. And I think you'll understand fully that the President retains those powers in the war on terrorism and in the war on Iraq."

A bandit act, an act of blatant state terrorism, demonstrating absolute contempt for the concept of International Law. An arbitrary military action inspired by a series of lies upon lies and gross manipulation of the media and therefore of the public. A formidable assertion of military force responsible for the death and mutilation of thousands upon thousands of innocent people.

Now Bush wants to hurt the poor and middle class further, with his new tax plans that have been overseen by Connie Mack, a non-intellect, but a bootlicker of the lowest sort.

Mugabe compares Bush, Blair to Hitler at UN event

by element115
Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe on Monday railed against U.S. President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair, calling them "unholy men" and "international terrorists" bent on world domination.

Mugabe departed from his text at a ceremony for the 60th anniversary of the United Nation's Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) to accuse Bush and Blair of illegally invading Iraq and looking to unseat governments elsewhere.

"Must we allow these men, the two unholy men of our millennium, who in the same way as Hitler and Mussolini formed (an) unholy alliance ... to attack an innocent country?" he said, occasionally gesticulating for emphasis.

Israel confesses to its crimes

by element115
The Israeli Army has taken preliminary procedures to implement the proposal, titled "Switching off the lights behind the escaping houses". The procedures included organising awareness campaigns to advise the senior officers on ways of using forged names to escape legal responsibilities of the savage crimes they are planning or taking part in.

This is the first time that the Israeli Army has been forced to present such a proposal on change of names of senior officers to escape arrest on war crime charges. The proposal is, in fact, a confession by the military command that senior officers of the Israeli Army have committed war crimes throughout the occupation period. This is because the proposal for falsification is an attempt in vain to hide the crimes than a sincere bid to search for evidence to prove their innocence.

The Mindless American: A Tragedy In The Making

by element115
As a result of nine-eleven's jarring impact upon our nation, journalists have discovered a near paranoid rise in retaliation against individuals attempting to expose governmental malfeasance. Increasingly government officials have begun punishing individuals for nothing more than reasoned attempts to inform the American public concerning: How the military has systematically abused (tortured) foreign detainees; How the government intentionally withheld evidence suggesting that an attack upon the United States by Al Qaeda had been eminent; How the military has begun to wage war upon soldiers who, in good conscience, have come to believe that it is wrong for them to kill in a war that, according to international law, is illegal, one that, the reasons for going to war, were fabricated by the President of the United States; How the United States has a sixty-year history (1945- 2005) of assassinating foreign leaders who have chosen not to support the government?s foreign policy goals, initiating the overthrow of duly-elected foreign democracies, while simultaneously supporting brutal authoritarian dictatorships all in order to fill the coffers of America's military-industrial complex, an egregious imperialistic force with but one goal: To take command of the world economy.

9/11 produced by vast conspiracy

by element115
We are told that on 9-11, 2001, we were attacked by a band of terrorist prodigies. 19 fanatical Arab wunderkinds of terror. They eluded our vast intelligence network and somehow managed to take out the Twin Towers and the Pentagon.

We?re told the air defenses of the most aggressive military state on the planet could not get it together enough to prevent the last jihadi missile from getting to the nation?s defense center in our capital, though it had been over 70 minutes since four airliners were almost simultaneously hijacked.

We are offered no dignified explanation for the absurd collapse of WTC building 7. There is not one bit of photographic or filmic evidence of the controversial Pentagon strike, because federal agents confiscated all of it, and none of it has been released.

Why do we deny the obvious conspiracy, the one that explodes directly in front of us, smelling like cordite? When any two or more parties convene for the planning or execution of a criminal act, that is a conspiracy, and a common circumstance in any land.

A pro-Israel lobby and an F.B.I. sting

by element115
...aipac's professional staff?it employs about a hundred people at its headquarters, two blocks from the Capitol-analyzes congressional voting records and shares the results with its members, who can then contribute money to candidates directly or to a network of proIsrael political-action committees. The Center for Responsive Politics, a public-policy group, estimates that between 1990 and 2004 these pacs gave candidates and parties more than twenty million dollars.

...aipac's leaders can be immoderately frank about the group's influence. At dinner that night with Steven Rosen, I mentioned a controversy that had enveloped aipac in 1992. David Steiner, a New Jersey real-estate developer who was then serving as aipac's president, was caught on tape boasting that he had "cut a deal" with the Administration of George H. W. Bush to provide more aid to Israel. Steiner also said that he was "negotiating" with the incoming Clinton Administration over the appointment of a pro-Israel Secretary of State. "We have a dozen people in his"-Clinton's-"headquarters . . . and they are all going to get big jobs," Steiner said.

Bombs inside WTC

October 12, 2005 by element115
New York City auxiliary fire lieutenant Paul Isaac Jr. asserted, yet again, that 9-11 was an inside job. "I know 9-11 was an inside job. The police know it's an inside job; and the firemen know it too," said Isaac.

The ramifications of this statement are immense: One of New York?s own firefighters says publicly that 9-11 couldn't have been the work of Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda, but instead was planned, coordinated and executed by elements within our own government.

"It's amazing how many people are afraid to talk for fear of retaliation or losing their jobs," said Isaac, regarding the FBI gag order placed on law enforcement and fire department officials, preventing them from openly talking about any inside knowledge of 9-11.
There is more information related to Isaac circulating in on-line and print reports, so here again we are hearing first-hand evidence from individuals who were on the scene --->
