Al Qaeda seeking to launch new US attacks: Bush aide.

Al Qaeda militants are hoping to launch a major attack in the United States that will be even deadlier and more spectacular than the September 11, 2001 attacks on New York and Washington, a top White House adviser said today.
Real terrorists know that by doing nothing, they will be certain that Bush will lose in November. Kerry might not be much better than Bush, but he is already talking about bringing the troops home from Iraq. Observers have already pointed out that the constant threat of terror helps Bush win re-election. It therefore follows that any actual attack is likely to be staged for that same purpose.
